Magnetic assemblies are
another type of industrial magnet. These assemblies are made from permanent magnets and steel parts (and/or
non-ferrite magnetic insulating materials) that are fixed or bonded together. Because
of the magnetic field design for magnetic assemblies, a magnetic assembly has a particular
magnetic circuit that can concentrate magnetic power to a
target space and shield magnetic flux from other places around the magnetic assembly. In this
way magnetic
assemblies can be utilized for holding, retrieving, moving, lifting and
mounting steel parts in different applications. Armstrong
Magnetics has off-the-shelf magnetic assemblies ready for prompt
shipment. Most magnetic assemblies are assembled, magnetized and tested in
our Bellingham, WA USA plant.
Armstrong Magnetic Tools are
used for steel materials handling. We supply Permanent Magnetic Lifters
and Magnetic Pickup Tools. Our magnetic tools are designed with safety and
