When will my credit card be debited for my order?
Your credit card is not charged until the ordered products are being
shipped from our warehouse.
Do I need to pay sales tax?
We are required by Washington State laws to collect sales tax from
residents in the state, as well as companies in the state if not for
resale purposes.
We do not collect sales tax from customers outside Washington State.

How soon can I expect to receive products from Armstrong
Magnetics after I place order?
We ship goods from our warehouse in Washington State within one to three
days after you order magnets listed in our stock sizes. The transit time on ground varies from 2 to
5 working days depending how far away from Washington State. So you can
receive ordered products in 3 to 8 working days.
If you order magnets that are not listed in our stock sizes, we will have
to arrange production and lead time could be 3 to 14 weeks.
How do you ship goods to customers?
Normally we ship goods by ground delivery. Our online pricing system
calculates shipping and handling cost by ground delivery via UPS,
Fedex, Airborne or Post Office mail.
Can you ship magnets by air?
Of course! But magnets are considered a hazardous material on air planes
and prohibited from air transportation when its magnetic strength is
greater than 0.00525 gauss at 15 feet away. We have to make special
package for the magnets to be shipped by air.
Also, please don't forget that air shipping cost is much more expensive
than ground shipping.
Return Policy:
We accept customer returns and refund the total payment
only in the following situations:
1. The products themselves are defective, and/or
2. The product specifications are not same as customer's order.
We are responsible to the quality of our products only, we can not
guarantee and not responsible for the success of your application or system that
involve our
products.
If a customer wants to return any products that are correct as per his or
her purchase order, he or she must get our written approval before
returning. In this situation, the customers will pay a restock fee of 30%
