Neodymium magnet assemblies - Armstrong Magnetics, Inc.

Assembled of a round mild steel cover, a non-ferrous insulator and a Neodymium magnet core, pressed together. There is a center hole, or a tap hole, or a tap bolt on the back of the assembly for mounting.

Max pull is tested on a ½” thick and flat machined steel plate. The actual pull should be smaller if your steel is thinner, rough, rusty, coated or not very flat. For any critical applications, three-time safety factor is strongly recommended.

Round Neodymium Magnetic Holders

Max operating temperature is 176°F (80°C).
Besides standard models (Stock Sizes) listed bellow, we can make assemblies to custom designs. The lead time of first shipment is 8 to 12 weeks.

Applications include magnetic holding, Lifting, Antenna Mounting and Positioning.

NRB series

NRB series are assembled with a round Neo magnet, Brass ring insulator and soft steel cover. The three parts are bonded together with epoxy. The steel cover is Chrome plated. There is a tap hole on the back of NRB for mounting. And NRB-31, and NRB-38 has a Stop-hole on the back to prevent them turning.
