Assembled
of a round Chrome plated steel cup and a ceramic ring magnet inside,
bonded together and there is a center hole on the steel cup. (RB-10 has no
hole. RB-20L and RB-30L have a loop at cup center.)
Besides
standard models listed bellow, we can make assemblies to custom designs.
Max pull
is tested on a ½” thick and flat machined steel plate. The actual pull
should be smaller
if your
steel is
thinner , rough, rusty,
coated or not very flat. For any critical
applications, three-time safety factor is strongly
recommended.
Applications
include magnetic Holding, Lifting, Antenna Mounting, Positioning,
Retrieving and more. |

ring magnet with epoxy at its bottom and its outer circular side.
The RBs supplied by our competitors are bonded at magnet's bottom only. |
