Processing Magnetic Strips and Sheets:
Using state-of-the-art machines, we slit full width magnetic rolls to
narrow strip rolls and cut them to small sheets according to customers'
purchasing orders.
Slitting:
Our computerized slitter can quickly cut the 24.375" wide magnetic rolls
into 2" wide strips at narrowest. The tolerance of the width is
+/-0.06".
Sheeting:
The computer calibrated sheeting machine cuts magnetic rolls at high
speed into sheets of the size that our customers order. The smallest
sheet we can cut is 2" at least for one side, but other side could
be shorter. Tolerance is +/-0.06".

are:
Uncoated, 15mil, 20mil and 30mil thick.
Adhesive Backing, 15mil, 20mil and 30mil thick.
White Vinyl Laminated, 15mil, 20mil and 30mil thick.
