| Armstrong flexible magnetic sheets are made
by the calendering process with ferrite powder mixed in melt polymer resin.
Anisotropic high energy magnetic sheets are magnetically oriented through
thickness while calendering and are more powerful and higher resistant to demagnetization. Standard energy magnetic sheet are isotropic and have less
power than high energy magnetic sheets. The magnetic sheets are then evenly
multi-pole magnetized on one face to produce superior holding power on metal
surface. Armstrong Magnetics supply magnetic sheets with different backings:
plain brown, adhesive and vinyl backing. Armstrong magnetic sheets have superior
flexibility and machinability and thus can hold on an uneven steel surface and
can be cut with scissors or utility knives. And, you don't worry the magnetic sheets
losing magnetic power while cutting, bending or punching.
We supply magnetic sheets in any length with full
width of 24-3/8", full rolls with a total length of 50 or 100 feet and
pre-cut sizes from our off-the-shelf stock size below. We also accept orders
for custom flexible sheets with special magnetic property and profiles.
