Electro Permanent Lifting Magnets (EP)
- Mains Electricity Activated

High Temperature Resistant Electro Permanent Lifting Magnet

High Heat Resistant EPHT-3000 Electro Permanent Lifting Magnets Mains Electricity Activated

They are used to lift plates of high temperature, such as hot parts on cutting table.  The special structure slows heat conduction down and all materials (magnets, coils, insulators, etc.) in the magnet, except the parts in its control box, are heat resistant.

-  Adjust lift capacity
Always set the knob of “ADJUST LIFT CAPACITY” at “MAX”. But in order not to lift more than one sheet from its stack at same time, you can set it at“MID” or “MIN”.

Double magnetization
After pressing the button of “MAG”, a partial magnetization is processed and therefore a partial lifting capacity is achieved. A few seconds after the lifting magnet and the load are lifted from ground (or the hoist rope has a tension) a full magnetization is processed automatically and the lifting magnet then has its full lifting capacity. That means that if the lifting magnet is able to lift the load from ground with its partial capacity, it can safely lift the load after a full magnetization processed. In this way, the lifting operation should be safer.

Interlock between hoisting and demagnetization
The lifting magnet cannot be demagnetized while it is lifted, or the hoist rope is in tension.

Demagnetization with two buttons
To demagnetize the lifting magnet both “DEMAG” and “UNLOCK DEMAG” buttons must be pressed simultaneously to avoid any incautious actions.

High temperature warning
When the temperature of the lifting magnet itself is too high, a continuous alarm would sound. Then you must immediately demagnetize and turn off the magnet, move it away from the hot load. After the lifting magnet cools down, turn on the power to continue lifting operation in case there is no continuous alarm.

Warning for insufficient magnetization or demagnetization
When the Partial Magnetization, Full Magnetization, or Demagnetization is not good, a continuous alarm would sound, and/or the light of “PARTIAL MAG”, “FULL MAG” would flash.

Wireless remote control
You can operate the lifting magnet at its front panel, or the wireless remote control.
