How do I place an order?
Armstrong Magnetics accepts online orders, fax orders and phone orders.

What are my payment options?
You can make payment with credit cards, checks and wire transfer. Armstrong Magnetics currently accepts Visa, MasterCard,American Express and Discover Card. Armstrong Magnetics accepts credit card

Is it safe when I input my credit card information while ordering online at www.armsmag.com?
Absolutely! www.armsmag.com adopts SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) to secure internet communication security from your computer to ours exclusively.

How do you demonstrate you are using SSL on the ordering process at www.armsmag.com?
To make sure you are accessing our SSL secure ordering process before you submit credit card information, look at the lower left or right corner of your browser. If you see a closed lock security lock for purchasing magnets from Armstrong, then SSL is working.

When will my credit card be charged for my order?
Your credit card would not be charged until the ordered products have been shipped from our warehouse.

Do I need to pay sales tax?
We are required by Washington State laws to collect sales tax from residents and companies within the state if the purchase is not for resale purposes. We do not collect sales tax from customers outside Washington State.

How soon can I expect to receive products from Armstrong Magnetics after I place an order?
We ship goods from our warehouse in Washington State within one to three days after you order magnets listed in our stock sizes. The transit time on ground varies from 2 to 5 working days depending how far away from Washington State. So you can receive ordered products in 3 to 8 business days.
If you order magnets that are not listed in our stock sizes, we will have to arrange production and lead time could be 3 to 14 weeks depending on the complexity of your order.

How do you ship goods to customers?
Normally we ship goods by ground delivery. Our online pricing system calculates shipping and handling cost by ground delivery via UPS, Fedex, Airborne or Post Office mail.

Can you ship magnets by air?
Of course! But magnets are considered a hazardous material on air planes and prohibited from air transportation when its magnetic strength is greater than 0.00525 gauss at 15 feet away. We have to make special package for the magnets to be shipped by air.
Also, please don't forget that air shipping cost is much more expensive than ground shipping.
