Our new product, MS99-12V, is a module for Battery
Activated Electro Permanent Lifting Magnet system.
This module is composed of
- Module Head
The dimension is 6” x 6” x 1.85”. It has narrow poles for the purpose
of lifting thin sheet metal.
The break-off force is 1,000 lbs tested with a 3” machined flat
steel plate, 440 lbs with 1/4” thick sheet, and 80 lbs with a 18ga sheet.
Its magnetic attractive force could be activated by a current pulse which lasts less
than one
second and doesn’t require electricity any longer when holding a workpiece.
- Suspended Frame, which can be hung below a cross beam of a lifting system.
- Up and Down Balance Springs.
In order to establish an electro permanent lifting magnet system you need a main beam, a
few across beams, a few modules and a control box EPBS-C30 with a battery. EPRC-3 remote
control is an option for wireless remote operation. For example, an electro permanent
lifting magnet system, including 8 MS99-12V, can lift 6’ x 12’ x 18ga-1/4” thick steel
plate (sheet) safely.
